Delivery and Shipping policy

Shipping and Delivery:

We offer delivery services across India and globally, ensuring your products reach you safely. While we strive to deliver all orders on time, please note that exact delivery dates may vary depending on your location. We aim to make the process as seamless as possible, though occasional delays might occur due to factors beyond our control.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges may apply and are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. These charges will be clearly displayed during checkout, allowing you to review them before completing your purchase.

Order Processing: 

Once your order is placed, we will process it within 1-2 business days. Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package as it makes its way to you.

Delivery Attempts:  

Our delivery partner will make up to three attempts to deliver your order. If all three attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us. At that point, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery date or offer alternative solutions to ensure you receive your order.

Damage During Shipping:  

In the rare event that your products are damaged during shipping, we kindly ask that you notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or refund to rectify the situation if we are provided  with the image of the damaged item and as well as the payment receipt. 

Delivery Address:  

To ensure timely delivery, please provide an accurate and complete shipping address when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Delivery Restrictions: 

While we endeavor to deliver across the country, we reserve the right to refuse delivery to certain locations due to logistical challenges or safety concerns. Should this occur, we will notify you immediately and work towards an alternative solution.
