If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving the product. We will gladly refund the purchase price, excluding any shipping charges.

To initiate a refund, please contact us with your order number and the reason for your request. In some cases, we may ask you to return the product before processing the refund.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Please note that refunds will not be issued for products that have been damaged or used by the customer.

Cancellation Policy 

You are free to cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. 

To cancel your order, simply contact us with your order number and the reason for cancellation. If the order has already been shipped, you may refuse delivery or return the product for a refund, minus any applicable shipping charges.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. Should this occur, we will inform you promptly and issue a full refund.
